The new unified company offers what the individual companies could not provide on their own, creating new value for the company, its partners, and customers.  

  

The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations and team members. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is customer service oriented. The position will require effective management skills, multitasking, forward thinking, efficient and productive go-getter. 

  

Specific Responsibilities 

  • Provide best-in-class customer service
  • Execution of business plan and budget achievement
  • Participate in various outbound sales efforts
  • Partner with teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
  • Consultative selling during customer engagement
  • Delegation of sales activities and opportunity management
  • Overall branch operational and general responsibilities
  • Inventory management
  • Team management and coordination
  • Ability to learn and comprehend electrical based product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Phone/Email/Walk In Order processing overflow

Required Qualifications 

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 4 + years’ experience operations/customer service/sales experience
  • 2 + years’ management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of analytical skills and data-driven thinking 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous Audio Visual experience
